What we process

  • Server log files (IP address, time, page, browser) for secure operation – Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
  • Contact form, appointment booking and claim reports: the details you provide, to handle your request – Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Appointment booking runs entirely on our own server without third parties. Claim photos are stored in a non-public area.
  • Reviews: name, company (optional) and text are published after a check, your email is not – Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

Fonts and cookies

Fonts are loaded locally from our server. We only set technically necessary cookies. Google Analytics 4 and the external comparison calculator are loaded only with your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG). You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), to withdraw consent at any time and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
